This appears to be another scam. First time we have heard of the FB one.
As this is non O2 related (apart from the fact they have your mobile number) I would do the following
1) Change your password on FB and
2) Remove your mobile number from FB
The less info FB has re any individual, the better.

It’s a scam and has been reported frequently on here.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.
