Hi, just got my Nokia lumia 620 phone today, i'm on pay monthly and this is my upgrade.

Ican't get anything on it at all, it just says 'no service' . Ive put the micro sim in and managed to transfer 11 contacts via bluetooth and thats it!

Can anyone help , i'm clueless

In the settings can you manually search for a network and select O2

When you upgraded were you given a new SIM? if so you may need to wait for service to be transfered from your old sim (up to 24 hours but usually within 3)

Have you swapped your number from your old sim to the new one?

A sim swap then takes from around a few minutes to approximate 24 hours to fully activate.

You can do this texting SWAP to 20220 also.

Turning your phone off and on throughout this period helps.
