New phone

I've recently paid for an early upgrade and I've kept the same number, the people in the shop said that it would take 76 hours for my old phone to deactivate and the number on my new phone to activate, it's now been nearly a week and still nothing has happened and I'm having to use my old phone, I've rang up O2 but just been put on hold and then not answered! feeling very frustrated and don't no what to do!

There has been no problems in the last few days that I'm aware of, so highly suspicious if that sim swap  was actioned...or it has gone very wrong, either way, CS needs to check it.

I would guess it was never actioned. If it had been done in store you would have received a text or email notification about it.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
