Hi there can anyone please tell me I currently pay £28 a month for my Samsung galaxy S5 with unlimited calls texts and 1GB data and I was wondering if I could pay an extra £5 a month for the 20GB data allowance can someone please let me know if I can upgrade to this tariff or not Thanks Glenda

I think it might be because I talked to O2 too day and they said I can't have it because I would have wait till 2016 or buy my self out of my contact.

It's a shame but not entirely unexpected. Tariffs do change unfortunately and normally you have to wait until your contract ends or you upgrade. I can see a lot of people will be unjustifiably complaining about this.
