Hi there I just saw that O2 will getting a 20GB data plan is that right?

I was thinking the exact same thing. £48pm for an new iPhone 6 Plus (says last bit with haste) and 20GB pm does sound attractive. It will more than likely have unlimited calls and texts. Its the upfront cost which will be the deciding point now.

I pay £18 pm as i get a nice loyalty discount but they said they won't transfer it over to a new contract. For that reason I don't think I will start a new one.

I thought I'd never get 2Gb on Payg !

Time will tell.

Possibly a 30 day sim only May suffice, even tho that's a little dearer in cost than the 12 month variety.

I don't really see any benefit between P&G or monthly simplicity apart from TuGo, free voicemail and My O2 app.

I typically use 2gb but can run into 3Gb so my only option is to add a bolt on so the larger data packages would come in handy. slight_smile

As you have to top up each month to get your allowances then a simo contract makes sense to me.
