Hi @Anonymous I think a passport or driving license will be required as proof of ID...I havent heard that O2 accept

anything else as yet?...

They need to be assured that customers wont default in anyway with the contract

A citizen card from where? How is it that you don't have a passport?

Do you have a UK bank account? Do you have a credit history in the UK? If not, you most likely would not be able to get a phone on contract with O2, nor any other network provider either.

I believe you would be better off getting a Pay & Go phone.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

I think you could be struggling verifying your id if you don't possess at least a passport. Are you on the electoral roll even?
