I got a new sim for my iPhone because I broke the last one trying to cut it... Called CS, got it activated yesterday around 3pm, but it's still showing no service when I turn the phone on. Should it take this long? Or does it sound like there's a problem here?
Thanks.

Is there any other way to talk to customer services than calling? Because as it stands right now, BT are repairing our landline and o2 haven't activated my new SIM and they have cancelled my old one. And to be honest, I'm pissed off now... It's just a joke, how long it's took a company claiming to be the 'UK's leading provider of mobile phones and broadband', to activate a SIM card, which I've been told many times, takes no more than 4 hours...

I filled the unlocking iPhone form 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive an unlocking message from O2. Is there a way to fasten the service or an email address to follow up on.
