Hello I got a new phone and it came with a 5G sim I’ve just put the new sim in and it’s not working

@Buddawest If you had an old O2 phone you need to either move the sim from your old phone to your new one or swap it to the 5G sim: SIM Swap: a mini guide (incl eSim) - O2 Community
