I am trying to migrate my phone from a company number to a personal number. So I set up a personal number and was sent a SIM card after several phone calls and was told That I needed to call to migrate the phone and after 24 to 48 hours, this would be done. On Monday afternoon My phone switched off so I put my new SIM card in but I’ve not received any signal on my phone. I received an email from O2 on Tuesday morning stating that it’s all been done and complete, but unfortunately still no signal. I did give them a call this evening at 7:30 waited on the phone for 30 minutes and then at 8 o’clock the call cut off and said that the lines were closed unfortunately I’m not able to make any phone calls so I have to wait for my husband to come home so I can use his phone and I can’t log onto the community because I’ve got no signal so I don’t know how that happens. Can anybody please give me some advice ?  thank you.
