Have you checked the O2 Coverage to see if there is any issues in your area? They could be doing maintenance on one of the masts. If not have you tried reporting this issue on the O2 Network App.
Yes! I have had this problem for 2 weeks. O2 just keep palming it off as a handset or sim issue. Talking to them on the online chat on Saturday I got disconnected twice whilst they were ordering me a replacement sim. No sim has arrived and I keep getting no live chat available when trying to speak to someone again. I am getting so frustrated with this issue.
