Hi, just to add to all the others, I have not had any service since about 10:00am today and still haven't. it's now 15:00!! I am waiting for some important calls...what is happening with this carrier?? No info whatsoever. Have been on the area/region page and it's telling me that everthing is ok...ITS NOT...I am in the Thanet area of Kent...Please sort ASAP...

Hi, Im having the same problem but I'm in the south London area. Live status check is telling me there's no problem in my area when there clearly is!
Not enough info coming through to the customers. Sort it out O2.

Assuming you've tried cleaning the sim and restarting the phone, if no faults show here using your full postcode:

Have you checked your postcode as above or cleaned the sim card?
Try your sim in another unlocked/o2 handset and check if anyone else is having connection problems.
