Hi there,
My internet and phone signal had been down between May - July.
I have spoken with 02 over the phone several times regarding this issue.
I was told that for the time it was down that I would not be charged.
I am writing to find out the latest information and just want to make sure that I am not being charged for the time that the signal was down.
Please drop me an email back to let me know the latest, and to make sure I was not charged for this time.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
