I upgraded my phone a couple of weeks ago and the Netflix offer showed in my basket when completing the order. I've tried several times to apply for it however each time the website states my number is not eligible. I've spoke to someone on webchat but they weren't much help. I got the money off my handset offer too. Both offers showed on the checkout process all the way through so unsure why now I can't claim it. Seems I'm not the only person to have had this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

@Mokimo can you please try redeeming the offer from your phone using a 4G connection with wifi turned off. Let me know how you get on with this.

@Martin-O2 I've tried that and still the same. I've text a couple of times to try that way and with WiFi. Still saying I'm not eligible.
