I cancelled my nextflix account back in July. I have just noticed that since then, they have charged me 8.99 a month. I got in touch with them and they said the last payment they’ve received is from July and that I am to contact my payer- O2. I didn’t even know this was linked and how do I cancel and get the money back?!

As it's been a few days since you last posted, I just wanted to check if you managed to sort out your Netflix query in the end, or if you need any additional assistance? Were you able to contact customer service ok as mentioned above? slight_smile

I got same problem with being charged for netflix 11.99 a month and got it but can't get it touch with anyone due to covid 19 limited calls
