Need to talk to some one

I can't pay my bill till I get paid on Tuesday. I work at a hospital and need my phone but I've lost my services. I can't get intouch with any one over the phone or online. HELP HELP

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217. It's a free call. Also take a look at this link: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/payment-support

 

If it's a dire emergency, you could buy a cheap payg phone and sim from Tesco.

Been trying that number for three hours now and not putting me through to any one. Just gonna have to wait another day without services!

@Beverley66 We understand your frustration, but we are all customers here, and we are limited to what we can do. Best time to try to get through tomorrow is 8-8.30 am.
