Need to contact o2 but phone completely disconnected

I am currently on a payment plan and suffering regular disconnections (every two or three days).

This time my phone has been completely disconnected and I can't even make a call to o2.

I don't have access to another phone and the only way I have been able to get hold of o2 is waiting around on the website until a chat box pops up.

Does anyone know any way to get the chat box to pop up quicker or have a link I use or anything?

@xiras You can try calling by downloading Skype. Free numbers to call and Skype instructions are here:

Because you're not buying anything, O2 doesn't consider your call important, so use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.
