Need to change debit card details but it won't find my address

I enter my house number which is 'flat 6 41a' and my postcode but it cannot find my address so I cannot top up.

And it can take O2 6 months to get the postcode onto their systems for a new property, so give O2 Social Media Team a shout, links below, to see if they can help with the postcode and address mismatch.
