My LG G2
I had my O2 sim init and i noticed that in the corner it comes up with the O2 sign and on the right the signals are fine for 2g but when i tried to call it keeps coming ip saying mobile network unavailble i called o2 they sent out a new sim which will take 3 days so i thought let me try my 3 sim and it did the same thing i out my giffgaff sim and t mobile same thing...
Ive tried the sims in different phones they worked but im puzzled now with what is wrong or what 2 do
Ive also did manual network myself still does the same thing
It would b very helpfull and much appriciated if anyone could help cus all.o2 said wait for the new sim to come and.brake the old one up...

best of luck.

If it is blocked then return it to the shop and it'll be swapped out for a direct replacement if they have one in the cabinet. If not they msy be able to arrange for one to be sent or offer you another model of a similar price and spec.

If it's not blocked then use the support link I added to get the manufacturer to take a look at it.

Heya my friend aint answering his phone plus his moved back to liverpool area were he got it from im in london...just did the checkmend paid 1.99 and it says yellow box it says checkmend has a record this item has been reported lost or stolen to a mobile network in its lifetime than underneath it red box it says
checkmend has a record this item is cirrently reported as lost or stolen to a mobile network...
than all the rest at the bottom are green

Play dumb unless they ask for I.d which I'm not sure they'll do.

The info on the receipt will match the phone imei.

Take all the box and accessories.

On the plus side @Anonymous getting it swapped will be little problem. CEX are pretty good at this sort of stuff. Seems like the handset has been used as part of an insurance fraud and does happen.

CEX will report the issue to the police after they have changed it for you and will recover the monies from the seller to them.
