Name on my bill

When I changed my contract in august I had my number transferred over to a new bill that was in my name (rather than my mums) this caused quite a few problems with out next payments as they were mixed up and my phone cut off multiple times, the last time I called I checked to make sure everything is in my name and the woman said yes even on my o2 app however this is not the case. How do I go about changing it?

Only CS can separate your accounts.
Make sure your direct debits are set correctly too.
