Can anyone help I work for the NHS I have registered on open 02 so i can get my code but they are not sending it to telling me I have had them and used them !!! anyone else had the same problem

Have you had the discount previously? If so, when?
Do you have a new contract / number?
Any other account history that may be relevant?

It must be a new account, direct from o2 and applied within the first 30 days

If you used the code previously (or have a friend or family member who has used the codes as was permitted under the old terms) then if you are also now trying to use it the code will be shown as used as following the changes to the T&C's it is now only permitted one account (the employee of the company), friends and family are no longer permitted
