I've been given a tracking number for ukmail yesterday but still saying not has been found:/ I've contacted O2 and they have assured me it will arrive today but I'm abit worried because of the tracking number I have still doesn't work:/ can anyone help me?

Hi @Anonymous I wouldn't worry too much about it...Sometimes orders arrive before the tracking system updates itself....http://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/how-to-track-your-order

Sometimes the tracking details are slow to update.
If CS have confirmed it has left o2 it should be OK.
