My sim new sim won’t connect to the network

I’m having trouble with my new sim connecting with the network. There are literally no bars. I have another o2 device that is still working, so I know it’s not a network problem.

I’ve tried everything, please help.

Have you tried the old SIM in the new phone?

Sounds like new SIM isn't activated so you'll need to call customer service or use old SIM Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Got through to customer services yesterday after getting help through o2 twitter. MI5 you were spot on the sim wasn’t activated, they’ve sorted it out now. Thank you guys for your help 😁.
