I’m having trouble with my new sim connecting with the network. There
are literally no bars. I have another o2 device that is still working,
so I know it’s not a network problem.I’ve tried everything, please help.
Got through to customer services yesterday after getting help through o2
twitter. MI5 you were spot on the sim wasn’t activated, they’ve sorted
it out now. Thank you guys for your help .
