My phone has suddenly stopped being able to make calls or receive voicemails, it’s as if my mobile network has stopped working but I have full signal, I don’t know how to fix it

If you are contract, has a payment been missed, @Graeme1 ? Sounds like it, perhaps your DD failed to be taken by O2.

Numbers to call O2, including via Skype or land-line 0800 number, in this Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Only O2 CS can fix it after you talk to them (if you access your MyO2 or your bank, you may be able to confirm if it is a missed payment).

Good luck!
