sim card is not working

hi there

my SIMcard just stopped working the other day

i need a replacement SIM sent to my home address 

the problem is that.... to get through security you need to send me a text which i cant receive

as my sim card is not working and my phone is now not working

i need help, i went to the O2 store yesterday and they couldnt fix it there

im dyslexic and this should be an easy fix

@charlie79 The O2 store should have just been able to give you a new sim with your details on it. I'm puzzled as to why they didn't do that for you? All you would need is your account information and photo ID.
