My phone died a week ago when I was going on holiday. I ordered a new phone on Saturday 24/06 which arrived today 26/06. I cannot use it because it did not come with a USB c plug. I have ordered a plug which will arrive tomorrow. O2 keep sending me security codes by text, I do not understand which bit of "my phone does not work" that they do not understand.

Manufacturers don't supply chargers anymore to save the environment!

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Not to mention the profit in selling the chargers taken from the box!

Nor the risk of fire by buying non-genuine chargers from the likes of eBay and Amazon

It does not have to be a USB C either end like the ones supplied. Standard USB to USB C cables will work from an original charger

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
