I am spitting feathers because I’m so cross! On Thursday 19th may (10 days ago) I ordered an extra contract for an iPad mini 6th gen. it was a birthday gift for my grandson. I am STILL waiting!!!!! I’ve made several phone calls, been cut off twice, I’ve done online chat for over an hour but still, I have no iPad! I was told it was stuck’ in processing, because it was stuck’, I couldn’t cancel it to re order another one. No one could tell me why it was stuck, no one seemed able to move it along. Meantime I have an upset grandson with no iPad mini. I was promised to be kept informed of the ‘progress’ of my order but last time I spoke to anyone was 4 days ago and I’m no further forward in my quest to get my iPad. I am appalled at the lack of communication from o2, I am disgusted at the blasé attitude when I’ve waited so long and I still have no idea what’s happening with my order!!! Very bad customer service from such a large company and I’m debating wether to take my contracts (all of them) elsewhere! Anyone else had such a nightmare?

All too common I'm afraid. The problem is, O2 do not have a live stock system (like Amazon for instance.) So goods continue to be displayed with nothing to indicate they may be out of stock.
You have two choices really. Cancel your order and shop elsewhere like Apple. (where you are able to pay in instalments) or hang on hoping O2 get new stock in.
You should contact the sales team as they can help– message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Sorry I can't help but I am having the same or similar issue. I placed an upgrade order on 18th May, it too is 'stuck' in the system... despite texts and calls and promises to be called back, nothing has changed and nobody called. Very poor service from O2 - I had messages saying g I wasn't eligible for an upgrade. I was and I am. Was told it was my fault for attempting to pay an up front amount for the device. Still not nearer being able to cancel my order so I can't try again. On my account O2 say they are preparing .y order - which they clearly aren't. Very frustrating experience!
