Hi
I brought my old number and pac code with me to o2 pay as you go. The number is working fine all updated beautifully but my o2 app.on my computor and Samsung android phone still shows the old number and doesn't work properly. I have tried clearing my o2 app. cache and uninstaling and reinstaling the o2 app.Can you help me please.
