This feature has a problem dealing with faulty SIMs. How can a person receive a text message given that the original SIM is not working?

One of the main points we have repeatedly fed back. They have our email on file and it's just as easy to verify by that method. It's the same with TU registration...........

The TU Go registration is fine because anyone is able to do the registration when there is a signal and log on with his/her password when needed. However, using text verification is really a problem for SIM swap.

The system is designed to replace a working sim with another of a different size, not to replace a faulty one.

To do that you will need to call CS.
