If you feel a charge is not right for any O2 services then contact O2 on 202 Pay Monthly or 4445 payg for clarification.

I thought "My Care" was a bolt on that you used to be able to get which provided technical support and a dedicated helpline?
Not sure that it's still available anymore though.....?
