Hi so my account has been saying for a couple of days that my bill has been paid but the money hasn’t come out of my bank?

It wouldn't leave your account over the weekend but if that's still the case tomorrow then check with the bank about the status of the direct debit.

If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
