Hi I've been trying to pay my bill for days but my 02 keeps saying there's a problem. How can I pay please

You can change payment details in your MyO2 via web, but use the guide above to get over your immediate difficulty.
Looks like MyO2 via Web https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin does let you set up a DD, @Vee1
