I pay monthly and this months bill is nearly 5 times what I usually pay. I have gone through it and it is definitely wrong. I have tried phoning but it says they will only talk to you if it is an emergency. Is there any other way of getting in touch.

I am having same option. Online chat closed, email closed and then get kicked off when trying to phone. Don't know what else to try

The only thing to do is persevere to get through, call the payments team and they will be able to help. Why do you say your bill is incorrect?

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
