My bill in PDF file

Hi,

Every month I download my bill and save in PC as a PDF file. This month for some reason I'm transferred to IBM Security Access Manager and asked to login. I use O2 login details but they are rejected. Whay I can't download my bill?

 

According to this guide nothing changed so what is going on.

Hi @DannyO this issue should now have been fixed. Would you mind checking whether you are able to download your bills normally again?

IBM Security Access Manager is what o2 use to federate your login details between their web services.

I would clear all cookies, and temporary internet files, and also try another browser.
Current Phone: Motorola Razr 5g
I also have a Planet Computers Gemini

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World

We are all customers and dont have access to any o2 accounts

Hi madasaf1sh,

 

Thanks for reply, I must say it was a good tip but wihout result. 

 

-All cookies and temporary files cleaned

-Used Chrome, Opera, Edge and Internet Explorer and this same issue rage

-I tried in Incognito mode as well and my wife laptop rage

 

Must be a problem on O2 end.

Another IBM security access query.
