Hi,
Every month I download my bill and save in PC as a PDF file. This month for some reason I'm transferred to IBM Security Access Manager and asked to login. I use O2 login details but they are rejected. Whay I can't download my bill?
According to this guide nothing changed so what is going on.

Thanks for reply, I must say it was a good tip but wihout result.
-All cookies and temporary files cleaned
-Used Chrome, Opera, Edge and Internet Explorer and this same issue
-I tried in Incognito mode as well and my wife laptop
Must be a problem on O2 end.
