My Order Has Not Arrived

I ordered about 40 hours ago and payed £7 for Saturday Delivery 8am-8pm, I got the order confirmation email and it said I would get an update about its progress and delivery information (I never got the update) and i also have received no text updates regarding delivery.

I just get the feeling that O2 no longer carry any stock and just order as needed from manufacturers. Hence no need for a live stock system.
