Hi, @JF-Sebastian - love the Bladerunner reference, Methuselah syndrome notwithstanding!
I find using Google's "inurl: o2.co.uk" (no space after the : !) search modifier invaluable for searching in a targeted fashion for info on the O2 website and forum, leaving the nigh-on-useless search boxes on both platforms alone.
Let's hope the new Virgin Media O2 operation brings changes and much-needed improvements to both sites, O2 Customer Forums and O2-run MyO2 on the O2 side of the house. Given both pre-merger companies use the Khoros platform for their Customer Forums, this could be a strong likelihood in the coming weeks and months!
It has to be said, live stock control on O2's side has ever been a bugbear, and whilst Virgin Media deal mainly in Service Contracts, their commercial website, with the odd Mobile and Broadband Service separate logins, has been woefully under-developed at offering customers cost-saving discounts without having to call VM up and haggle - multiple times, usually.
All I can say, @JF-Sebastian, is to watch this space - and do what you can to keep Methuselah at bay (I hear chess is your thing!) 👍

completely agree . website is total rubbish and not user friendly,
needs simplifying , need a drop down menu hen you first log in
cannot easily access your bill to check call charges etc

Depends what you want to do, but I have no problems using My O2 on the App or the Web Version

Could not agree more, it is absolutely rubbish. Trying to redeem Disney+ subscription and it just logs you out and then you go back in and click I am an existing customer and it logs your out again. Absolute rubbish
