My phone reception has progressively gotten worse over the last few months. I can't even make a call for longer than 30 seconds without it sounding like the phone is under water - the O2 Mast in our area has been under maintenance for many months! Really unacceptable - I am working from home due to the ongoing situation and unable to make or recieve work calls!

@Kam1

You could download the My O2 app and report it https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

Or contact O2 and they may give you a goodwill gesture

All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Failing that, you may need to change networks.

@Kam1

Can you divert your calls to another phone or Skype on your PC / laptop?

If it's vital to have a mobile, you may need to get a PAYG sim on another network to divert to and call O2 to see if they will give you a bill credit to cover the costs.
