My O2 multisave and Volt have not been activated

Hi,

 

I have two O2 pay monthly accounts and virgin broadband. I have followed the Volt activating links and sent the O2 multi save texts but both Volt and O2 multi save have not been activated.

 

I'm don't have any social media accounts, twitter etc and there is no way to speak to customer service online.

 

What can I do?

I should add, I did the above in December and still my multi save discount has not been applied.

You'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Re Volt, did you read through the Community guide to Volt? Volt Megaguide - it may shed some light on why O2 and VM have not met their commitments under that offer, @just-me.
