Hi,
For a long time now I have noticed that when I log onto o2's systems to monitor my bills/check my account for my phone tariff it always appears as if there are no numbers connected to my account? I know this is 100% impossible as I recieve my monthly bills, pay them every time and have been a long serving customer using the SAME line & number for over 5 years now.
When I navigate to the Upgrades section on the My O2 page it simply reads,
"Select a number to upgrade
Your Accounts
There is nothing displayed to let me view possible upgrades"
And when I navigate to My O2 page it reads the following,
"You don't appear to have any valid products associated with this account."
How is this possible when I have been a customer for so long? is it a simple admin error where my online profile has simply not been set up?
Please can you reply to this ASAP as I am in need of an ugrade urgently.

Calum we are all customers here I have asked for your email to be removed from this public forum.
If you ring 202 from your handset they will resolve this for you in myo2 and even sort out the upgrade over the phone
