Hi @Bazd

Check these guides Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

and Guide: Do you have poor coverage / signal Indoors? This may help Explain / resolve it

If this doesn't help contact O2

Give O2 a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

The 4g 5g network is very sporadic at times which means i try wifi to make things work, i shouldnt need to turn wifi on to get a stable 4g 5g network.

Sincerely bazd

@Bazd If you're using your WiFi you're not on 4G or 5G. You're on WiFi. Take a look at the links provided by @Cleoriff.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
