Hello, for some reason my monthly bill has increased from its usual amount.
As a serving member of the UK armed forces overseas, I was told that the contract would not incur any roaming charges or any changes in the monthly fee yet where I was paying 12 pounds per month it is now 16 pounds.
I have 2 phones on this contract and was told that I would receive a discount for the second number, which meant this phone should have a monthly bill of 9 pounds, but now that too has been increased.
Also, for the month of April, I received a bill of 68.56 pounds for roaming charges on the phone ending with number 049. Can you investigate this charge and tell me why this occurred? (I have never been billed for roaming previously).
