Hi I’m a bit confused.
I placed an order on 10/05/2025, and fulfilled the order yesterday at 10pm last night (for next day delivery, it was even in stock at my local o2 store).
Order got approved and confirmed. Received the order confirmation with the contract documents in the morning at approx 06:05am. I also was told the my SIM porting date would be transferred on 14/05/25.
At 07:28, DHL sent me a text saying “We have your o2 parcel. We will let you know when it’s out for delivery”.
I then hand an email from o2 that my estimated delivery date had been changed to 14/05/25 at 08:08am that morning:
So I contacted o2 advisors in the morning at approx 9am, who confirmed alongside the tracking that it would be delivered today and to ignore the new estimated delivery date.
Messaged again at 6pm and was assured it would be arrived today:
The tracking is now just stuck on “at depot”, even though it was scanned by the van at 9am and for some reason still at the depot:
Is it because of my e-sim porting date? I will have no working number because because my number was supposed to be transferred over to my new o2 sim??

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
