Good Morning 

I was Expecting my new Phone to Arrive Yesterday which it would have done Except DPD Forgot to send the Pin Number that I was Supposed to give the driver the said phone According to them is Now on it's way Back to you the Order Number is [Removed] THE PARCEL Number is [Removed] we had to Let our Granddaughter down on her Birthday due to their Incompedence is there anyway of getting the Phone sent to the Brixton o2 Branch as I have Paid for the Said Phone £59.70 we Need This Phone can you Help in anyway

Just to add - it's o2 that send the pin, not DPD which is why you need to speak to o2 @hayes70
