Placed an order on Wednsday and other than a vat reciept had nothing. Was supposed to arrive yesterday and in the evening got a message saying delayed and it should be here today. still no updat/order info.
Tried calling o2 from my phone, wifes phone, with/without wifi calling. Soon as a rep pics up after about 30 seconds the line goes dead.
Can't find a live chat link that im sure used to be on the main contact-us button.
No idea what my next step is to contact someone? Understand things happen and sometimes can't be helped but if its for example a stock issue, its frustrating to be told its going to be tomorrow multiple times to take the day off work if there's no chance of it arriving. More frustrating that the customer service seems broken. Assuming its a system wide problem as im able to get straight through to a rep and its usually a bit of a wait. Issue UI have is i get about 20 seconds to explain before the line dies

I would go back to o2 and speak to the Sales Team on 0800 081 0255 and get them to check the order has gone through and not stuck in the mess that seems to be affecting them processing and fulfilling orders.
Live chat is only in the App now…
