Hi I ordered an upgrade/new phone on Sunday the 1st of December in the afternoon and on the order page it said processing and that my order would arrive by the 3rd of December. Unfortunately I have received no updates on my order other than a text in the evening of the 2nd and 3rd of December saying "we've had issues with your order and it shall be with you tomorrow, our courier will notify you when it is on the way" and then yesterday saying the same thing but that it would be with me in a couple days. There's been no notification about it being dispatched or anything and I have had zero communication about where my phone/order currently is.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I was just advised by O2 that any orders placed after the 29th November 24, are delayed until 9th December 2024, if that helps!

Ah this helps a lot, thank you! ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max on 3rd December, was due for delivery on 4th December. Nothing received, no dispatch email but keep getting this text. Been wondering where it is but if all orders are delayed then that makes sense. Hopefully we will not be waiting too long.
