Mobile data problem

For some reason my phones mobile data has just stopped working and so I can only access the Internet whilst connected to WiFi. I have tried calling customer services but the automated bit never puts me through to speak to anyone about it.

Some things to check.

1 - Is mobile data turned on in phone settings?

2 - Have you any data left http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

3 - Are there any local network issues ? O2 Service Status

4 - Have you rebooted your phone?

5 - If all above OK, try resetting your network settings.

Yeah I have my mobile data turned on and I have loads of data left to use. There is also is no problems with the network anywhere iv been so I’m abit confused as to why it’s not working... the only thing I can think is that they’ve blocked me from using it? But I don’t know why as I’m not behind on payments or anything..

They wouldn't just block data, it would be cals and texts too if O2 had restricted your account.

Did you reboot and reset network settings?

If you've checked all that I'll ask @O2Georgina to check your account for you.
