A mast was taken down near me and O2 never mentioned or contacted me. I have sent an email off but of course. Buried their head in the sand. How do I get a proper response?

Try using WiFi calling: https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling
O2 repairs can take weeks or months at times, if access is required for the repair team to access the mast, @Brownbob.
