Have tried everything to stop advertising texts.  Now I've been told. via facebook, to email socialqueries.  When I put in the address they've given me, it turns to red and if I try to send it I receive the message to enter a recipient.  Apparently I am the only one having this problem - as apparently I am the only one haing problems with opening special link to chat with them. I really am totally fed up with 02.

May need to give customer service a call then http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Absolutely useless! I was advised that it takes 28 days to unsubscribe (despite telling them I had NEVER opted in to any marketing texts), then sent links to TPS (which I had already registered with) and https://www.which.co.uk/campaigns/nuisance-calls-and-texts/ - The unwanted texts are FROM o2, offering me money off and discounts on products I neither need nor want. I have tried texting STOP, I have called four times to unsubscribe (each time being told "I don't know why you are getting these, you are definitely 'opted out' of all marketing messages) and cannot find anything on the website which allows me to stop them. The advisor then sent me a link to ofcom https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-telecoms-and-internet/how-to-report-a-complaint/nuisance-calls-and-m...

it wasn't straightforward.  Customer Services absolutely hopeless - in fact worse than that as they lied and said I was opted out.
