Managing children's phones

Anonymous

My sons phone tariff has now been changed to reflect his usage but I would like the data and calls to stop working once he reaches his usage cap. Can I do this and how do I go about it?

The data will stop automatically but calls won't so they need to be checked through the MyO2 app

Hello @Anonymous how are you doing? smiling Please do check the above advice from our helpful member MI5!

Also, in case it's useful, O2 has a website area for NSPCC topics, which includes some advice on extra mobile charges and possible ways to manage them with kids, see here. slight_smile
